Realme 14 Pro 5G and 14 Pro+ 5G launched in India: price, specs, and colour-changing tech

Realme has introduced its latest smartphones, the Realme 14 Pro 5G and Realme 14 Pro+ 5G, in India. These phones come with exciting features, including a unique cold-sensitive, color-changing back cover. This feature changes the phone's color from Pearl White to Vibrant Blue when the temperature drops below 16°C and reverses when it warms up. The phones, designed with the help of Nordic design studio Valeur Designers, are the first in the world to have this technology.

The Realme 14 Pro series is available globally in Pearl White and Suede Grey, while India gets exclusive shades: Bikaner Purple and Jaipur Pink.

Realme 14 Pro+ 5G Features

The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G has a 6.83-inch AMOLED quad-curved display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,500 nits. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and comes with a 6,000 mAh battery, supported by an 80W fast charger.

The phone uses a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, offering smooth performance. It comes in three variants:

• 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage at ₹29,999
• 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage at ₹31,999
• 12 GB RAM/256 GB storage at ₹34,999

The camera setup includes:

• 50 MP Sony IMX896 main sensor
• 50 MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens
• 8 MP ultrawide lens

The front camera is 32 MP and has a triple flash feature. The phone runs on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15.

Realme 14 Pro 5G Features

The Realme 14 Pro 5G has a slightly smaller 6.77-inch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It also features a 6,000 mAh battery, but the charger is a 45W unit.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy chipset, this phone comes in two variants:

• 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage at ₹24,999
• 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage at ₹26,999

Its camera setup includes:

• 50 MP main sensor
• 13 MP ultrawide lens
• 2 MP macro sensor

The front camera is 16 MP. The Realme 14 Pro 5G also runs on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15.

Along with the phones, Realme has launched the Realme Buds Wireless 5 ANC. These earbuds feature hybrid active noise cancellation (up to 50 dB), ENC call noise cancellation, and a battery life of up to 38 hours. They are also IP55-rated for dust and water resistance and are priced at ₹1,799.

The Realme 14 Pro series and the Realme Buds Wireless 5 ANC will be available for purchase starting January 23. Buyers can get them from Flipkart, Realme's official website, and offline stores.
